Terms Of Service

Before you register with Andolasoft, you must read and agree to this Terms of Service ("TOS"). By using Andolasoft's service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by the TOS and you agree that it is enforceable as if it were a written negotiated agreement signed by www.andolasoft.com and you.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current Service shall also be subject to the TOS. Andolasoft reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes. You are advised to check the Terms of Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.

Eligibility

Modification to Fees and Services

Andolasoft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason with or without notice. Andolasoft reserves the right to change Service fees.

Proper Use

You agree that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations, including any laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence.

  • Use the Service to upload, transmit or otherwise distribute any unlawful or objectionable content.
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or inappropriate purpose.
  • Resell, duplicate, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service without express permission.
  • Use automated devices or manual processes to monitor or copy any content from the Service.

Violation of the foregoing may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and may subject you to penalties or other legal consequences.

Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that Andolasoft owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service, including intellectual property rights. These rights are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Andolasoft claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

Warranties and Liability

Andolasoft provides the Services on an “as is” basis. All conditions, representations, and warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. You expressly agree that Andolasoft shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.
