Ours begins the way the best ones do — with a problem nobody else wanted to touch. How we got here ## Five chapters, one working solution 1. Chapter One — The Call ### A Nifty 50 company came to us with a puzzle In 2024, a Nifty 50 company came to us with a puzzle: they ran an exempted PF trust — meaning they managed their employees’ provident fund in-house instead of through EPFO. It is a serious responsibility. Get it right, and employees get better returns, loan access and real financial security. Get it wrong, and you are out of compliance with the law. They needed someone to build the software that would get it right. We said yes. 2. Chapter Two — The Discovery ### A bigger problem was hiding in plain sight While building their solution we looked up and realised something bigger was hiding in plain sight. Exempted trusts across India are run the same way — by hand, in spreadsheets, or on systems built years ago and never updated since. HR teams were carrying a financial responsibility that was not their core job, using tools that were never built for it. Compliance gaps. Outdated processes. Employees not getting the full benefit of the trust that exists to protect them. 3. Chapter Three — The Transformation ### myPF was born — already carrying real retirement money Within a year we had not just built software. We had migrated an entire company’s existing trust data into a system built for accuracy, compliance and trust — member records, contribution history period by period, opening balances and interest history, reconciled and run in parallel before anything was switched off. What started as one client’s project grew into something bigger. That is the moment myPF Software was born — not as a concept, but as a working solution already carrying real people’s retirement money. 4. Chapter Four — The Quest Continues ### The law is clear. The tooling almost never is. Since the EPF Scheme, 2026 replaced the 1952 Scheme on 29 June 2026, exemption is no longer a permanent status. It runs as a renewable three-year term, with a continuation application, Form-II, Form-III and Form-IV governance filings, a prescribed investment pattern, and the October 2023 EPFO SOP sitting behind all of it. Every exempted trust in India has something in place today. Almost none of them have the right thing. That gap is where myPF Software lives. 5.
